Tajima lettering and digitizing software features exceptional lettering. There are a lot of small fonts down to 4mm high for normal sized thread.  These fonts are digitized stitch by stitch so they are readable and even.

Suitable computer true-type fonts can be turned into proper satin-stitch lettering.

With “move & copy” it is easy to sew multiple badges or designs with different wording.
