Tajima’s MicroSmart® Technology integrates certain mechanical innovations into the production process giving you the most powerful capabilities available anywhere. Additionally, the AC Servo and pulse motors are a closed system with electronic feedback. The computer always knows where the frame is and where the next stitch will be placed. MicroSmart allows for faster frame movement and increased accuracy between stitches. Lettering and fine work have never looked better!
MicroSmart® reprograms the way the frame-drive works when changing between flat work, tubular made-up garments, cylindrical frames and cap frames. Caps can now be sewn at higher speeds.
