Loading Boards

Framing or hooping boards are used to speed up the process of framing garments

The standard framing board fits round frames from 9cm to 21cm and is used for mixed small runs

Framing_Boards

The individual framing boards come in many sizes for different frames.   The small boards are used for getting up sleeves and small areas.   The 15cm size is useful for framing the back of a
cap.

The shaped framing board is for longer runs of 20 or more.   There is no need to mark the position of the embroidery on the garment.

Steamers and Steam Irons

Steamer

Mini boiler type steam brush.   We have waited years to find a replacement for the old type steamer that dribbles wet steam!

Brush threads and chalk marks off while the high pressure hot dry steam relaxes the fabric so creases and frame marks will fall out

Hand Presses

These hand presses are used for fusing backing to fabric and for applying vinyl plastic and transfers to garments.   The cap press is also useful in softening up and reshaping caps before embroidering.
